Tariffs

Tariffs - High Season, 15 Dec to 2011 to 28 Feb 2012
NZ $150 per night for 2 people plus $40 per extra person total of 4 people
Min stay 2 nights during high season.

Tariffs - Mid Season, 1 March 2011 to 30th May 2011 & 1 Oct to 14 Dec 2011
NZ $130 per night for 2 people plus $40 per extra person total of 4 people (no min stay)

Tariffs Low season: 1 June 2011 to 30 Sept 2011. POA

Payment:

A 30% deposit is due within 7 days upon accepting booking and full payment is due 14 days from booked date. Payment details will be given on confirming booking. Booking will expire if deposit is not received after 7 days.

All Linen Supplied (for indoor use only)
Special conditions: No smoking permitted indoors. No pets allowed. Unit is to be left in tidy condition or a fee could be charged.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations will incur an automatic $20 admin fee plus 10% of booking cost. Refunds given if the cancellation is received 14 days prior to reservation date.
