Riviera Lodge B&B is situated at Whatuwhiwhi in Perihipi Bay, 15 min from highway 10 on the Karikari Peninsula. Our driveway is opposite the beach.

The accommodation is on the Ground floor of this modern luxurious home with views out front of Perihipi Bay and beyond. It is set in tropical terraced gardens adjourning native bush on a large private section.

You will be only 4 min from an 18 hole Championship Golf Course, Restaurant & Winery. Only minutes from Matai Bay and Tokerau Beach, an excellent picnic spot with safe swimming, as is Rangiputa beach with white sand and clear blue water.

Our area is great for land base fishing & kite fishing along with shell fish collection.

Accommodation Details

The Bed & Breakfast will sleep a maximum of 4 people is two rooms and has a ensuite, one bedroom with a queen bed with carpeted floor, large lounge with a pull-out sofa bed which will sleep two adults.

The Lounge has a tiled floor comfortable seating, Freeview TV and Radio CD player, breakfast bar with under bench fridge, toaster, electric kettle and all necessary cutlery and crockery etc.; for four people (a continental breakfast supplied with cereals, fruits, yoghurts & toast if required).

No smoking indoors and no pets are allowed. Vehicle parking at house is generous & boat parking off road below house.

Outdoor private garden with furniture and BBQ. Whatuwhiwhi has a dairy, bottle store, fish take-aways, laundrymat and public bar.

Perihipi Bay at end of drive across the road is a sandy, safe swimming beach.
It is suitable for boat launching and fishing can be done.
